Our agenda this week was focused on us finished our shot list and turning our ideas into a chronological order of shots (see Animatic post).
Once we had fully verbally brainstormed our ideas for our shots, Alice and Mahalia set out organising the shots into primitive set-ups, whilst myself and Gavin worked on drawing them out into our 'storyboard'. The storyboard didn't indicate any chronological order to the shots - it was purely to lay out all of our shots and to see what the framing distribution was like to make sure we didn't have too many of one type of shot.

Whilst last week we focused on website inspiration, this week was album cover-heavy. We discussed a wide range of album covers and what genre signifiers we could use easily to create an effective and recognisable album cover. Below is the list of album covers that we agreed had aspects from which we could draw inspiration.
We then began to create some very rough, initial flat plans of what we would like our album cover to be like. We agreed on a textured border, and the band in front of a plain background with the band name in quite big font size, possibly in the same texture as that used in the background.
We also had a meeting with an ex-student about our choices when it came to hair and make-up. Below are the notes that me and Alice took whilst Gavin was having make-up applied to him.
