When we finished this, we organised our shots into a shot board in such an order that would be most efficient for each shoot. Below is page 1 of our shot board:
We didn't fill in the times that we would be shooting the shots as some of the shots were quite complicated such as the glide cam shoots and so we would need to get good at shooting them first. We would also want to experiment with framing and angles on some shots and so it may take longer to get these shots done.
Towards the end of our shooting, we started to use the shoot board less and less and we shifted shots from one shoot to another. This meant that for the last 2 of 3 shoots, we would end up just writing a list of shots we needed and organise them into the best order on a sheet of paper.
